With ANYITPARTS return policy, there are no catches. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
• Once the RETURN request is initiated, customers will have a window of 5 business days to SEND BACK the item/order.
• Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are nonrefundable.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• Return shipping is customers responsibility.
• Due to product limitations and quality reasons, the product should on a healthy condition.
• If items purchased are not as per your order or are damaged when you receive them, we will assist you for the further procedure.so, kindly conduct us.
• For PayPal orders, refunds to your account will be credited within 2 business days.
• Orders paid using cash on delivery service will be refunded through bank transfer and the transaction amount will be deducted from your amount.

Exchange policy

Exchange with a different capacity item is only available if the requested size is in stock. Customers will need to provide the name and size (tb, gb,W…) of the item to be exchanged; you need to send it back to the return address. Once it is received, the new item will be sent. Please note that the exchange is allowed only once per order. If the exchanged order did not fit, you can request for a return.

Please expect a slight delay in deliveries during the Friday Sale. Order returns period is limited to 14 days (from delivery date) during the Friday Sale. Exchange will be done for only same item with different size.
