Ordered the wrong item? AnyITparts offers easy returns to help you get the proper components for your setup. Unless a product page states otherwise, this policy governs all purchases.
General return guidelines
To be eligible for a return, you must submit the original invoice with your AnyITparts product. Please contact our Customer Service team before initiating a return — we need to confirm the items remain in brand-new condition.
Note: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to AnyITparts and any reshipment fees for replacement items.
Return policy
We accept returns only within 3 days of delivery, provided all conditions are met.
Not eligible for return:
- «Special order» items (marked as such);
- Products without the original invoice and warranty card;
- Opened/used items or products with broken seals.
International customers outside the UAE are responsible for arranging and covering all costs associated with returning items to our Abu Dhabi office.
These terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the UAE as applied in the relevant emirate. All returned products must be in exactly the same condition as when sold — completely intact with undamaged original manufacturer packaging that remains factory sealed.
Every return request will be carefully inspected by our customer service team before approval. AnyITparts maintains full discretion to reject any return that fails to comply with these requirements in full.
